I am trying to help a friend who is 90 years old to get the covid vaccine. She does not have phone or internet

I am 74 year old resident of Santa Rosa, CA. I would like to schedule an appointment for my first covid virus vaccination. I live a ten minute (or less) drive from Grace Pavillion at the fairgrounds. You may also call me at (707)566-7937. Thank you, Marguerite

I was vaccinated at Grace Pavilion in your admirably well-organized clinic, and I'm grateful for that. My correct birthdate and age—72—are on the form, and I was reassured that I qualified. I have my appointment with you for the second dose at 4 weeks, and I just need some reassurance that this will still happen. Many thanks.

It appears that your website needs to be updated to indicate vaccines are currently for those 75 and over. It still says 65.

Here is what it currently says:
"Vaccine appointments are on a first come first register basis. You MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. We will continue to vaccinate 'those who care for the community' which includes physicians, dentist, specialty care clinics and the patient facing staff that falls within the Federally mandated phase 1a and are now including phase 1b which is everyone age 65 and over."

Many folks I know have read this and signed up. Some have gotten vaccinated while others have been turned away at the door.

I just read about appointments being cancelled for those under 75. I am 73 years old and already had my first dosage from you. Are you going to honor my appointment for the second dosage in three weeks? If not, what am I supposed to do?
I was told that over 65 and over was acceptable per state mandates and stated my correct age on the application form.
No cheating or jumping intended.
Incidentally, thanks for the well organized efforts at the fair grounds.

Why are you vaccinating people that aren't eligible yet? Your system says it's for group 1A but I know that people have signed up and have gotten the vaccine who aren't close to being eligible.
